Vendor Application

Please note that we have limited vendor spaces available and will accept vendors on a first-come, first-serve basis and cannot guarantee any spots. Vendors will be approved by Denver Oktoberfest in our sole discretion. Once you are approved for space, you will be sent a link to submit payment. Your booth is not confirmed until payment is received. We require vendors to participate in both weekends.

Event Dates:

Weekend 1: Friday, Sept. 20th – Sunday, Sept. 22nd

Weekend 2: Friday, Sept. 27th – Sunday, Sept. 29th

Event Times:

Fridays: 4:00pm – 11:00pm

Saturdays: 11:00am – 12:00am

Sundays: 11:00am – 6:00pm

Load-In:

Thursdays (19th and 26th) in the afternoon

Fridays (20th and 27th) in the morning

Load-Out:

Sunday (22nd and 29th) after end of event

  • 10 ft x 20 ft

Included Items:
  • One table and two chairs are provided per booth, if needed.
  • Electricity is provided, if needed.
  • Company name & logo on official Denver Oktoberfest vendor page
