Please note that we have limited vendor spaces available and will accept vendors on a first-come, first-serve basis and cannot guarantee any spots. Vendors will be approved by Denver Oktoberfest in our sole discretion. Once you are approved for space, you will be sent a link to submit payment. Your booth is not confirmed until payment is received. We require vendors to participate in both weekends.
Vendor Application
Event Dates:
Weekend 1: Friday, Sept. 18 – Sunday, Sept. 20
Weekend 2: Friday, Sept. 25 – Sunday, Sept. 27
Event Times:
Fridays: 2:00pm – 12:00am
Saturdays: 11:00am – 12:00am
Sundays: 11:00am – 6:00pm
Load-In:
Thursdays (17 and 24) in the afternoon
Fridays (18 and 25) in the morning
Load-Out:
Sunday (20 and 27) after end of event
